The PROTON i.care was officially aired on television on July 21, 2007. All PROTON car owners have access to i.care, as it was a re-branding initiative that underscores PROTON´s commitment to improve every quality aspect of its business. PROTON i.care will project itself as a company that is committed to improvement and quality enhancement. All customer service offerings now falls under the PROTON i.care umbrella. From inquiries and feedback hotline to 24-hour assist services to after-sales service centres, i.care will serve as the customers´ companion.
PROTON i.care endeavours to swiftly address quality issues that have been a main concern for customers. Frontline staff and all other employees are being trained to inculcate its spirit.
Walking the talk, PROTON has formed the outreach i.care mobile service teams with dedicated technicians rendering free vehicle inspection and quick service to customers. These mobile teams will meet, greet and attend to customers at shopping malls, industrial parks, business centres, highway rest areas and Petronas stations, among others. The i.care´s single-mindedness to strive for enhanced quality and greater customer satisfaction will also be extended to PROTON cars.
