Wipers – programme front wiper speed up to 25 secs
Hazard light – activate automatically when sudden braking while driving above speed of 96km
Alarm – door ajar symbol will blink to alert the driver of any break in attempt

Engine – still using the Campro 1.6L CPS engine

Is there any possibility for the Basic variant to come up with Automatic Transmission as well?
No, there is no plan for a Automatic Transmission for B-Line variant for the time being

WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE COST

1	How long is the manufacturer’s warranty policy? 3 years or 100,000km (whichever comes first).
2	Is the EWP available? Yes, it is. EWP provides additional 2 years or 75,000km on top of initial warranty of 3 years or 100,000km (whichever comes first). This make the total warranty period of 5 years or 175,000km (whichever comes first).
3	Is the maintenance cost higher than the current Exora 1.6L? The maintenance cost is the same as current Exora 1.6L.

STOCK AVAILABILITY, WAITING PERIOD & TEST DRIVE

1	What is the waiting period? Minimum 2 weeks
2	Where and when can the model be viewed? Display units will be available at all showrooms by 21st November 2009 onwards.
3	Where can I test drive the car? No test drive unit is available.
4	Are the current customers who are still waiting for their Proton cars able to change their bookings to this new model? Yes, the change can be made at the showroom where the booking was originally made.

BOOKING FEES, INTEREST RATE

1	How much is the booking fee? Booking fee is RM500
2	What is the hire purchase loan interest rate? Interest rate is the same as the current model, at 3.65% for 7 years & 3.75% for 9 years.
