Extended Warranty Master Policy
In consideration of the Insured having applied to Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (hereinafter called "the Company") and having paid or agreed to pay the Premium stated in the Schedule and subject to the terms, exceptions and conditions as herein provided.
The Company agrees to indemnify the Insured if any of the Vehicles sold by the Insured during the Period of Insurance shall require and/or replacement due to Mechanical Breakdown of the Components or parts as specified herein and causing a sudden stoppage of its function during the Extended Warranty Period.
Provided that the Company's liability shall not exceed the Limits of Liability expressed in the Schedule or such other Limits of Liability as may be substituted therefore by memorandum hereon or attached hereon agreed by the Company.
